Armory Crate Mobo Audio gives message to install Noise Cancelling Microphone Driver

I have uninstalled and re-install armory crate and this is not fixed. Related problem is that the Noise Canceling Engine .EXE shows streaming to my microphone and prevents sleep. I have to locate the offending DLL in the AC folder and rename it to prevent launch so PC could sleep.
