ROG Chakram cursor stops moving!

Hello,

I have a issue with the chakram wireless mouse. I've tried everything but i can't solve it.
I've connected the mouse with bluetooth, too but there is the same issue.
When I play diffrent games or in windows the cursor stops moving and i have to tap the mouse on the desk to get the cursor to move again.
Also if I connect the mouse with the cable, it stops moving!

Should i rma or is this a problem with the firmware???

I am having the same issue since last few days. i dont know the cause.. it was working before now it does not work with any cable
