ASUS WebStorage has been implicated in explorer.exe crashes. There are also 2 Windows Updates that address explorer.exe crashes. See http://www.google.com/#hl=en&sugexp=cfis&gs_nf=1&pq=windows%20updates%20that%20address%20explorer.e xe%20crashes%20on%20windows%207&cp=22&gs_id=3x&xhr=t&q=support.microsoft.com+explorer.exe+crashes+on+wi ndows+7&pf=p&sclient=psy-ab&oq=support.microsoft.com+explorer.exe+crashes+on+w indows+7&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&gs_l=&pbx=1&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.,cf.osb&fp=193b680415c1a72a&biw=978&bih=709

Consider uninstallng ASUS WebStorage and confirming you've installed the Windows Updates that address this issue.

If that fails to resolve the problem, consider an ASUS Factory Restore or a clean Windows 7 installation.

If you system was functioning well until just recently, consider using Windows System Restore to restore your system to a time just before the issue occurred.

Refreshing what? The web page? If so, what Browser are you using?

OR refreshing the Windows Explorer view?

none of the things worked .

Troubleshooting an issue involves trying things and checking them off the list if they fail to resolve the issue. Without knowing what you have tried to date, it is not possible to make useful recommendations. If you cannot provide that level of information, you are not up to troubleshooting the issue and should just perform an ASUS Factory Restore or a clean Windows install.
