Hi

Can you boot into safe mode without getting the "blue"screen?

If you can, download nVidia 267.76 (http://www.nvidia.com/object/notebook-win7-64bit-267.76-whql-driver.html) and see install that driver. In the installation process choose custom install, check for clean install, then install. Let us know if that solves your issue :)

EDIT: Also, you can try takeing out the battery and no power suply connected to the notebook. Hold down powerbutton for 30-45 sec, insert battery, turn on. Andy changes?

Safe mode worked, that's how I rolled back. Why would I need to revert to a much older driver? I just want 301.24 to work correctly.

Please don't be put off by my above response. I'm ecstatic to have finally received a response.

I'm curious if there's some kind of change I need to make after installing 301.24 from within safe-mode.

Resolved. The OP of this thread didn't do a clean install.
