View Full Version : WiFi Disabled upon restart

I don't know what's going on...

Just did a clean install of Windows 7 x64 Ultimate and installed all the drivers from the Drivers DVD

Everytime I restart, my WiFi is disabled as if I had no wireless adapter installed even though it appears just fine in the device manager.

The only solution is to uninstall the driver from the control panel., restart, then install the driver again. Then it would work for a few restarts then suddenly get disabled...

Anyone faced this issue before and knows how to fix it?

Thanks

1) Have you installed the ASUS ATK Package drivers to your new Windows Instance? Do you see it installed in "Control Panel - Uninstall a program"?

2) What version WiFi driver is displayed in Device Manager?

3) Does Fn-F2 cycle between WiFI ON, Bluetooth ON, WiFi OFF, Bluetooth OFF (if you have a WiFi card with Bluetooth onboard)?
