Hello . . .

I am thinking about upgrading my G73JW with SSD Drives. I do have 1 TB HDD right now. May be I got SSD Hype fever like everyone. Well truth is I really want high speed boot & great gaming performance. I am thinking about moving my Architecture along all the CAD Software & media content work onto the present HDD.

Is it possible to upgrade it myself ??

I know there many brands out there but you guys are best people on the face of internet to give great advice on Asus Hardware. Please suggest some good companies for buying SSD for my notebook. Quality & Performance is all that matters, forget about the price.

it's just open up, plug in. You can definitely do it yourself, it's not in anyway hard :P Though it may void warranty - I'm sure there are "authorized something" who do that for you :P

Crucial is probably the best value SSD at the moment. Failure rate in all SSDs is very low, so you are basically just looking at price and speed.
