JibMoney .. May I suggest you have read a 'few' that are frustated involved in RMA ..
Time is not our friend sometime .. and a day without your computer can be one day too long for some.
I can not speak as to your particular situation but I can tell you that everything that can be
done to bring your RMA to satisfactory resolution ... will be.

I didn't want to cause any waves. Sorry for the comment. I work in customer service and I feel some companies don't care about the big picture of there customers. On a lighter note the G73 is on its way and its scheduled for 6/22/12 delivery.

It is great to have it back!!!!!!!!!


ASUS gave me a new hadrive and reinstalled Windows. I was kinda of dissappointed they didn't give me back the original box and the ASUS disk sleeve that I put the backup disks in.
