Crashing BSOD etc. on G74SX-BBK9

I have a G74SX BBK9. I will post my system specs from DxDiag at the end.

I recently bought a 128GB OCZ Agility 4 SSD and did a fresh install of windows 7 x64. I have run it all day today without error best this has ever run until this evening I bought an extra 2x4GB of PNY DDR3 memory from Best Buy. First issue I had I fixed Blank screen (stupid me didn't seat it all the way) I tried updating the Windows experience and it crashed to the desktop and then it force shut down. Next I tried loading SWTOR which i have been playing most of today and last night and it toocrashed to the desktop desktop. After that It BSOD like 3 or 4 times till i removed the memory. Now it is fine. I also checked in system to see if all memory allocates in windows and it does. It also allocates at 16GB in BIOS. I assume either bad ram or latencys are off or bios needs updating i dunno. What should I do? has anyone had an issue like this after installing ram in their G74. Now mind you this doesn't include the extra 8GB Ram that I removed due to instability and not being able to really use the browser which also force closed.
