So for some reason i'm locked at 1.1v until i flash my modded bios. Not one of the best results but its on avrage of what im getting.

Core 1,344mha
Mem. 5,710mha

http://www.3dmark.com/3dmv/4255104

System is 100% stable. max load temps are 65c on the gpu 62c on the cpu.

Testing 1,350mhz on the core right now. Going to check and make sure its atleast 4 hours stable.

Not to disappointed with the clocks. Time to pile on the voltage and push this cpu till i hit the thermal limites of the cooling system or the limit of the gpu lol.

Wow that is some serious OC'ing.. Would be nice to see what you get on 3Dmark11 as that is what pushes your GPU+CPU harder no? If you do, do it on performance mode..

Btw how did u get it so high? Bios changes? A little guide or something for us would be nice to know, although i seem to be able to handle everything with my 670M OC'd to 720/1650

Thanks

How about 3dmark 2011

Hm, those clocks seem extremly high, but score is lower than my mid OC 670M. Any throttling you are not aware of?

http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/4207825 Slightly lower clocks i'm testing out some tighter timeings in a new bios for the card.

Upper limits of this card seem to be around 1390 to 1400mhz on the core so i'll be doing a volt mod this weekend and see if i can hid the mid 1400's to lower 1500's the goal is a 100% overclock on this card. Scores are lower then they should be due to the fact im running 103 processes. Im not doing any optimizations not running in safe more or anything like that as im not going for the GTX 660M world record this is just to show people what the GTX 660m is capable of and give them a idea of what to expect.

So i pulled out my old GTX 675M and slapped it in my EON17 and ran a few test. in terms of games fps were all whiten 1-3 fps . Some the Fermi was faster others the kepler was faster. 3D Mark 11 default run pretty much same. Score linked was the first run. I ran a few more the high was around 3500 about what my GTX 675M was running. Sadly i forgot to save the links but i'll get some when i start running more benchmarks i gotta slap my EON17 back together.

Its not practical but a heavily overclocked GTX660M is as fast as a stock GTX675M making it a good value. Also runs much cooler than the GTX 675M. Now power consumption is another thing. This high of overclock i expect the kepler is sucking a bit more power "have not tested it and prob wont"

For those who wish to overclock your G75 let me know and i can send you the shortcut to get you to 1.1ghz since some people are having issues with overclocking these cards past 970mhz

All my scores are like that. I bench to see where would the performance be in a real life scenario since I don't game high score benchmarks.

Update.

Will be flashing another BIOS this weekend with a overvolt that will help with the clocks quite a bit.

Hmm this is strange as your clocks seem excessivly high at 1325/2990mhz but my GTX 670M at 720/1650mhz (which is a medium OC) gives much better results. To be specific i get a graphics score of 3336. :s

I've been looking for a way to flash a bios to unlock the limits. Care sharing where one can find this without paying?

Your card also has a bigger memory interface and more ROP's that help gain more points in benchmarks.

You got a 192bit memory interface i only have 128bit. You have 24 ROP's i only have 16.

Not a bad one. 3717. Should be hitting 4k pretty soon her. I'm pretty confident i can with a vmod and some tweeks im going to do. But i must say the GTX 660M is not a bad little card at all.

As for uploading some of the bio's i will be using that's a no. They are set up for my card. Meaning you will have to have a asus with the same revision, same memory "Memory ic's can vary from batch to batch and you may have diffront ic's on your card then those on mine and the timing on mine may not work. I will help with some moderate oc's but if you wanna hit the 1.3ghz + range you will be on your own.

Noob question. I noticed my fan started to get a bit louder after I OC'd it. Is that normal?

Well, high temps means the fan will get higher rpm, thus more noise.

How about you upload it anyway and leave at our own discretion to use? And did you make this bios yourself or did you get it from a different modder?
