View Full Version : The RMA Search on Support.asus.com

The RMA Search function on http://support.asus.com/repair/repairstatus.aspx?SLanguage=en
isn't working I tried it on last Friday and it told me my Device had not been received by them, yet now it tell me "System can't find records of your inquiry" yet I sent it in last Tuesday and when I phoned on Friday the guy said it was undergoing initial testing, so Is there something wrong with there search function or is it just currently down.

I selected Australia and End-User in the 2 drop down boxes in that link, entered my details In the next window and it's seems they haven't registered my machine yet I have a Job number and I know they have it as My mother dropped it off at the service center in Melbourne and I have the "Asus Product Service Form" In front of me with all my details and the serial number from my Laptop and job number that Asus gave me when I phoned them on Monday the 21st of August( last week).

Now I don't no if any of the moderators(the guys with @ ASUS in their Forums name) here are from any of the Australian Service centers but if they are, could they PM me and I'll give them my job number so they can look it up. AS I would like to Know how it is going and a possible update to what they have to do to fix it.

There is a guy here from Australia TL @ASUS or something like that.

He should be able to offer a more informed view of the RMA process in Aus.

He is quite new on the forum other wise I would know his username.
