my laptop gpu idle is running at 32C` up to 35C`. (celsius)

now when play Tera online at full settings it goes up to 65C`.

but i hear the fan working like a maniac after 2 or 6 hrs.

Now i dont know if they are normal tempertures.

If someone can tell me i would appreciate it.

Sounds completely normal, maybe even on the good side.

In general though, there's no real answer to this. Imagine someone using their computer in the frozen tundra of Alaska on a chilly fall day compared to someone using it on the beach in Cancun on a warm summer day. You would expect there to be quite a difference in temps between those two units.

We have the same G74 model. My G74 is almost a year old,
and daily sits on a table where room temperature has 25 degrees Celsius average.
We also have similar idle temps, and games at high settings ramp up to 65-70 C.
(I never do overclocking.) Pretty much normal temps, I would say.

Only thing I wouldn't want hearing in the future is the fan noise you just described.:p

I think G53 series (at least G53JW) has higher operational temps due to smaller chassis than G74! I get around 55 C during lightly internet browsing. And Cpu hits 65-70 while gaming. GPU idles at 55 and hits 80-82 degress when under load. Do i need to worry?

Note that room temp is 27-30 degrees! And note that my cpu is I7 740QM (Nehalem architecture).
