(SATA II) how is it possible?? only after rebooting or after suspending laptop it returns 6 gb/s.......please help me :(

Perhaps the problem is in the Intel Rapid Storage software. Can you get confirmation from another utility?

Yes! I use AS SSD or crystalmarkdisk...when intel rapid storage marks 3gb/s on that programs marks reading about 270 mb/s ...when on intel rapid storage it marks 6 gb/s reading is about 500 mb/s...if i reboot system o i supend system it returns sata III but after a little time i see on intel software it changes to 3gb/s....whats the meaning of this??
