Hi guys,

Few days ago I bought my G75VW and I observed few problems. After a while of playing games/ using a computer, G75VW slows down. FPS in games decreased from 100 to 80 and I've got spikes. Also I can observed it on AutoCAD when my mouse cursor spikes. Anyone else have this problem? Also when I tested playing on battery mode my FPS decreased from normal 100 to 10 after few second again 100 then again 10 and it was slideshow for me. Any reason for this?

Battery mode is lower performance by design in order to conserve power but the plugged in issues do not make sense. Have you updated to the latest drivers including the latest Nvidia driver?

What Antivirus software are you using?

Try troubleshooting with DPC Latency Checker.
