Flash video hardware acceleration problem with IE9

I get the annoying green bars at the bottom of the video whenever playing flash video using IE9. If I uncheck hardware acceleration or reduct the video quality the artifact goes away. Flash 14.4.402.265 and 14.4.402.278 no difference. An I am using Geforce 306.23 (296.97).

So why not use Chrome???? My online classes only run with IE9!!! So I have no choice.

Sooo... keep IE9 for classes and use chrome for fun? :) lol
