hi! i overclock myself. but i wonder if it's correct. is the voltage correct? my PC work perfectly.

i7 @ 920 2,67 Ghz overclock at 3780 Mhz
1- WD velociraptor 600 Go 2.5"
2- WD velociraptor 300 Go 2.5"
3- SSD corsair GT 120 Go 2.5"
1- EVGA GeForce GTX 460 763 Mhz 1 Go
2- EVGA GeForce GTX 460 763 Mhz 1 Go
Corsair Dominator 1600 Mhz 12 Go C7
1- Hitachi-LG BD-ROM/HD DVD-ROM/DVDRW G
2- Plextor DVD+RW/DVD-RW
3- Lecteur Blu-ray
Auzen X-Meridian 7.1 (cinéma maison)
Corsair HX-1000

i want to overclock more, but it wont go futher then 3780 Mhz. i want to put it at 4,2 Ghz. is there a better setting somebody can help me with ? thank you advance

If you increase the BCLK to 200 and drop your multi down to 20x you should reach 4GHz with ease with your H100 cooler.

However you will certainly have to increase your vcore.

Your ram has head room so that will not be an issue.

Yea you've got a bit more CPU voltage to go, but your uncore certainly doesn't need any more. Follow HiVis and do a 200x20, then try to up your uncore to 3200 so you can run the mem at 1600. Mem:uncore has to be 1:2 on Nehalem iirc. Your uncore will give you a nice L3 cache and memory performance boost anyway - more than memory clocking alone.

Is your 920 C1 or D1?
