Hi.

I had purchased this G73SW 3D laptop at Digital Asia Funan IT mall SINGAPORE just recently last mid of November 2012.
These past few weeks it runs smoothly, and last night, the moment I opened it, something different i noticed the moment I got into my wallpaper desktop.

- processor not detected, N/A
- GPU not available
- no wifi
- no sound
- no bios version
- NVIDIA control panel not working
- DXDIAG information almost all are not available
- i cannot run the WEI
- when I playing games, working but no AUDIO at all
- my default windows 7 COLOR PROFILE are back into windows classic design

I have a huge feeling that it is all in motherboard problem that's why it affects all the other hardware.

I post this message using my girlfriend's laptop apparently, my G73SW have no WIFI at all.

By the way, I did not use any CUSTOM bios at all. i did not update my BIOS since it does not affect the CPU THROTTLING ISSUE.
Also, I did not OC it. i do not know how to overclock it.

herewith are the ERROR'S

Could you please help to re-flash your notebook and check again?

Hi bro.

Is there any other way aside from flashing? Im afraid to flash it, it might make the issue worst. :(

What a pre-christmas I have. :(

I wonder if Windows 7 is corrupt on your HDD? If the CPU and GPU were truly defective, your laptop wouldn't boot. Do you see disk errors reported in the System Event Log?

Does the Processor, Display Adapter, and Wireless Network Adapter show up in Device Manager with proper driver versions in the Properties of those devices?

Does CHKDSK C: /F /R run from an elevated Command Prompt (right-click on the Command Prompt icon and choose "Run as administrator" from the popup menu) show errors?

Does running System File Checker (SFC /scannow) resolve the problem?

Does entering the BIOS and choosing to "Load Optimized Defaults", then Save & Exit change the behavior?

I wonder if Windows 7 is corrupt on your HDD?
---------- nope bro, I scan and chkdsk it. No errors found. Fully functional. No virus as well.

If the CPU and GPU were truly defective, your laptop wouldn't boot. Do you see disk errors reported in the System Event Log?
---------- no disk error found bro.

Does the Processor, Display Adapter, and Wireless Network Adapter show up in Device Manager with proper driver versions in the Properties of those devices?
---------- YES, all are displaying correctly in device manager along with its driver versions. On the other side, based on my pictures posted above, their not showing correctly. Always not available.

Does CHKDSK C: /F /R run from an elevated Command Prompt (right-click on the Command Prompt icon and choose "Run as administrator" from the popup menu) show errors?
----------- NO errors found bro. Fully functional

Does running System File Checker (SFC /scannow) resolve the problem?
----------- where can i find this??

Does entering the BIOS and choosing to "Load Optimized Defaults", then Save & Exit change the behavior?
----------- already done, nothings happen. Still no luck at all.

Also I tried to SYSTEM RESTORE it, an error message appear saying that it doesnt to be functioning correctly.

Thank you for your time bro.
