I would like to purchase a G53 or G73, but I need a reliable site to buy from. I will not buy from Amazon since I got screwed from them before.

Jr.com ... No sales tax, very reliable and if you ask them to hook you up they can probably give free shipping or discount...

I got my G73SW-3DE from them 2 months ago

I'm not suggesting that you buy from Amazon again, but was it actually Amazon or fulfilled through a 3rd party? Generally Amazon seems to be on top of things but their 3rd party fulfillment seems to be more iffy.

I gather you want to buy from a brick & mortar place...

MicroCenter carries the Asus series. Best Buy as well, however, their recent builds use a lower RAM on the GPU which will affect performance.

For online retailers, Newegg, GenTechPC, PowerNotebooks are all good too. Newegg has the G73SW-XN2 for $1250 currently. :)
