I have a g75vw, and I was having some problems with the webcam, so I decided to do a bios update. I bought the laptop and it reported bios version 218. I downloaded version 223 and attempted a bios update with winflash. Now my computer will not boot to a disc or the hard drive. It will however let me try to boot to USB.(don't have a bootable USB to test it.) I tried the ctrl+home trick but to no avail. What are my options other than rma? I was thinking about getting a copy of the 223 firmware and reflashing through ezflash or downgrading through aflash2 if that doesn't work. Ideas?

i think you are able to use ezflash to flash again, when flash bios complete, reboot -> press F2 into bios -> set default-> save & exit.
if not help, i suggest you do the RMA.

Thanks for the help, I ended up just taking it back to best buy and exchanging it for a new one. So much for the open box price...
