G53SX Keyboard backlight not lighting up certain keys

When i first got my laptop the light was fine and bright. It started to dim and now the v,f,g,b,h,t,y,and n keys are slighty darker
than the rest of the keys. Its like the whole bottom middle of the keyboard is not lit up. The e in ESC is slighty darker than the
other letters in the key also. When i press the spacebar in with a little force the whole keyboard lights up perfect.. I took the keyboard out and the cables seem plugged in right and not loose.. so i was wondering if somebody could help!

If pressing on the spacebar helps and the connections look okay, I'm guessing there is some problem inside the keyboard itself (?) and see the 2 options below if nobody has better ideas to fix it.
1. If you're still under warranty, you can send it in for warranty service.
2. If your notebook is out-of-warranty, you can purchase a keyboard from our eStore site (http://us.estore.asus.com/).
I didn't see the G53Sx keyboard posted, but it should use the same keyboard as the G53Sw which you may also want to confirm with eStore or inquire about.
