Hello,

I just update my laptop bios G75vw to 223 (222> 223).

Since then, impossible to boot from hard disk.
I can make changes in the bios, but I can not put the "Launch CSM" to enabled.
As soon as I save, it resets the "Launch CSM" to disabled.

When I "save changes and exit", it reboots and bios reappears ...

So how to go back and downgrade the bios with the previous version?
I tried with CTRL + home, having put the 222 bios on a USB key, but nothing happens.

Thank you in advance for any help because I'm really stuck here.

Haha, sorry but i laughing cus i made the same mistake, you have to go to "boot" options, and then disable "safe boot", there you go :) then you can enable csm

Hello, yes but I have no option "safe boot" in the boot option... (maybe you want to say "fast boot"?)

With the 222 bios, I just enable the "launch csm" option, and it was ok. Now I can enable it.
When I do this, save and exit, this option is still on disabled.

Very strange thing.... and block my laptop :-(

Yes thank you very much.
I found it : security / secure boot control > disabled.

Thank you again for this big tip :-) !!!
