Just got a G73jw, when every I log in it pops up the Windows 7 display properties page every time.
I did a recover and reinstalled the OS, same thing.
Used a utility to shut down every item that starts on login, and still having the same issue?
Any ideas?

Chastity will help you more, but in the waiting time, in the bottom of the Windows properties, did you see if the Windows is activate ?

I suppose that it's possible your mouse or touchpad is right-clicking for some reason. Have you tried attaching or removing a mouse(if you already have one) or disabling the touchpad?

Yes active and have tried both a new mouse, but it actually has no other issue just when you first logon it pops up.

You can see if there is an entry for it in Task Manager and/or msconfig

I have tried disabling all start up items. When I have it pull up the process, it shows as explorer. Which is pretty much non helpful.
I am not sure if it is the Image that is causing it or not. I am tempting to do a rebuild from an iso and see if that helps.
