Hello I bought a g53jw last month from Ebay (so NOW it has no warranty), anyways my power pin broke inside my charger and I can get power pin fixed but my next bigger problem is that my charger has the power pin stuck in it, on Amazon new chargers are like 30-50$$
So my question is does anyone know of a way to get the power pin out???

You could try using Super Glue Gel on the end of a paper clip or toothpick to attach to the broken end of the power pin.

OR you could use the technology from "Fantastic Voyage" or "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids" to reduce yourself and a soldering iron to micro size and solder the paper clip to the connector pin. This would be more complicated, but way cooler...

Welcome to the forums!
You might also want to try contacting ASUS support and provide your notebook serial number underneath the unit to double-check the warranty status. Check this link (http://support.asus.com/repair.aspx?no=566&SLanguage=en) if necessary, to find your serial number.
If would probably still be covered if it is within the manufacturer warranty, or you can check what it would take to be fixed if sent back for repair.
Click on this link (http://support.asus.com/Hotlines.aspx?SLanguage=en) for the worldwide contact info, or try this link (http://www.service.asus.com/#!consumer/csn9) for Canadian and U.S. support if you are located in this region.
Good luck!

It's a known fault, so technically ASUS is still liable to fix it even if it is out of warranty.

I usually pull the pin out with pliers when this happens.

You should neg-rep the guy who sold you that laptop, almost all of them seem to get this problem constantly, so that guy knew he was selling you a lump of junk out of warranty.
