Anyone know how to wake G75VX up from sleep by using any keys on the keyboard or mouse ? like enter or space bar, I usually use an external keyboard/mouse and a 22" lcd monitor so my G75 Lid is always off, I dont want to open the lid and just to press the power button to wake up from sleep, anyone know any solutions ?

If you right-click on your USB keyboard or Mouse in Device Manager, is there a "Power Management" tab in the device Properties that allows you to configure the device to allow it to Wake the Computer?

Its because of the instant on software, uninstall it (that's what i did) or disable it (didn't try) and it should work. Tested with a wireless keyboard and it does wake up.

I have G75VW with Power4Gear installed and windows 8. Uninstalled Instant On and now it wakes up either with a wireless keyboard or a wired mouse (doesn't wake up with a bluetooth mouse).

I think you would modify your power management to keep Bluetooth on Maximum performance allowing it to sleep. Control Panel/power options/change advanced power settings/wireless adapter settings set to Maximum Performance. I don't see a Bluetooth specific option unless it would be in the Bluetooth settings themselves?
