Hey there speedy, why dont you try the latest latest beta driver here : http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/notebook-win8-win7-64bit-314.21-beta-driver-uk.html

Should be compatible with your system and is better than 314.07

Well just to let you know 90% of people here use beta drivers.. Nvidia is known for very stable and effective beta drivers..

314.14 wasnt so good but this one is great :) has improved performance for tomb raider alot and adds better support for TressFX technology like physX

Yeah I use the beta drivers :D, the Tressfx is very nice on Tomb raider but if you go very closely to the hair the FPS droped under 10 well for the GTX 560 Ti. TressFX is something alright.

Only the latest beta driver supports GTX 670MX. So you can either use an old driver from ASUS or get the latest beta.

I'm using the latest beta and it has many performance improvements :)

Thanks for all you're support and I've download the latest v314.14 beta for my G75VX GTX 670MX so far so good, I never used beta platform driver because I was very concern about bugs problems and in most cases beta drivers can sometime damage the built in GTX 670MX as well they can damage you're desktop graphic card if you're not bloody careful.

Source? Because if I'm not mistaken, that is absolutely not true.

You should be alright with NVIDIA beta drivers, it doesn't kill your GPU. The only way to kill your GPU is by overclocking or very high temperatures. NVIDIA drivers can make your graphic card unstable but it doesn't kill it :).

Also try to integrate with the program "Geforce experience". If you installed the beta drivers, the program will work fine, Optimizing also setting for a couple of games. It's like a new nvidia panel, you can do updates, game scan and other stuff. Try ^^

I would never overclocking my new G75VX beside I have no experience how to do it and I have no attention I've learning or trying it, so overclocking is a strict no no I don't want to damage my new laptop no way it cost me $3990.

Today are out the new Nvidia Driver Beta 314.21. Tried it and sounds like little improvement in Guild Wars 2 and other games (update is marked for tomb raider)

How come the new nvidia driver(314.21) has started recognising the graphics card even though its supposed to
have been modified by asus. Also would it create any problems if I use that instead of the one on the asus support site(I have a g75vx).

there will be no problem since the PID is the same...so,the kernel driver is the same that is sent from Nvidia to Asus...then...it will be asus "tech" that kave to repack it an distribute...the problem? well, this (for ASUS) will be traduced in....3?4?or maybe 5 month...and this...sucks.
