Helllo my fellow tech nerds and pc enthusiast. It has been a few months now since my first build (Project Panther) was posted on here but I have been hard at work on my next build ( Crimson Storm ) . Those of you that followed my first project (and thank you by the way) remember that most of the ROG parts that I bought would not work in my build and I stated I would use them later, well It's later. I am well underway on this build though not finished yet, I wanted to get it out for you to see.

Quick rundown of the parts used so far.
CPU: Intel i7 3700k
Motherboard: Asus Maximus V Formula Thunder FX
Ram: G Skill Trident X 2666 x16 GB
Graphics card: Asus Maximus 7970 HD Platinum edition
Water Cooling: EK water blocks, EK 420 Rad, Ek fittings
Case: NZXT 810

Modding
modding so far consist of painting various vents on the case to match color scheme, cable sleeving.

Yes it is the Matrix, got sidetracked while typing and typed the motherboard instead of the gpu.

Eventually yes but I am hoping to get another one first so I can do crossfire. They seem to be really hard to find latley. And of course gotta save up the money.

I have a seperate rad for the motherboard and gpu's and a large resivoir I still need to install soon

Oh, yes, they're (the Matrix cards) bigger! Specially if you mount EK's waterblock on them...

can be "noice" reducer's ( just guessing ).
like the one you have on home electric systems like radio, dvd player++ and on your home phone ( hard wired one )
