Hi folks :)

I recently bought an ASUS G55VW Notebook Computer. I Updated my BIOS to the latest release yesterday. Now the *Chipset Configuration* Tool in BIOS is gone... (the one with North/Southbridge, XMP Profiles etc.)

What can I do now? (or is it just somewhere else now xD ;) )

Thank you in advance

*Alex

DO NOT use Winflash, Use EZflash in your BIOS, I think 210 was the last one that still has those options. Its still posted on Asus driver site for your NB

Same here, the combo saved me many times!
I'm think I will stay with Ver. 210 for my G75, it seems to works the best for me IMHO.

Why do you say so? I thought 223 for the G75VW has many enhancements and bug fixes including theu pdated VBIOS for the GeForce?

what's so special about 210 for you that I'm missing?

BIOS 210
1.Update VBIOS
2.Fix that hotkey fails when plugging "MiniDP to HDMI" cable.
3.Fix that there is no display when plugging "miniDP to HDMI" device in DOS.
4.Update EC firmware
5.Support 2013 ErP PowerSaving.

All other BIOS updates have minor fixes, check it out for yourself HERE (http://rog.asus.com/notebook/17-inch/g75vw/)
