Right now I have a 2x750GB HDD setup in RAID 0 running on Windows 7 Home Premium. I just flashed to the newest BIOS 223. I plan to put in a Samsung 840 Pro SSD as the primary drive and a HDD in the other slot and install a fresh copy of Windows 7 Ultimate on the SSD using a bootable USB stick with SP1.

How should I setup the BIOS for the SSD and HDD setup? What settings, etc do I need to change?

I had a boot problem after flashing the BIOS, somehow the BIOS settings changed to AHCI instead of leaving it as RAID - so I switched it to RAID and was able to boot back up - want to make sure I have all the correct BIOS settings, UEFI setup, etc. so I dont run into that again.

Thanks!

let me check, you want to plug three HDD or two HDD in laptop,
if three HDD, you just put new HDD to laptop and set first boot in BIOS.
if two HDD, i suggest you back your date fiist, because make RAID 0 have not save date function, if you change one of HDD in RAID 0, it will be say goodby for your date, also you can back up your date and reinstall OS.
