G74sx Heating problem

Recently I have been noticing when I run GW2 for an hour the temperature rises around 92 degree very quickly. And when I close the game the temp go down from 90c to 55c. I'm using a RealTemp 3.70. And I noticed the fan getting loud too.
Could be dusty. Any tip to solve my probem? From 55c to 90 then quickly cool down to 55c when I close the game kinda makes me worry. Please help

i cleaned mine up and theres no visible dust or anyting at all but its still kinda loud i have a g73 sw

is it ok to open the loptop w/ the static stuff in your hand?
