Thanks for the update. But personally, I only stick to ASUS drivers from my model's download page. More stable and no headaches

i bet many would dissagree with you here(like your graphic card is from nVidia and that if nVidia released a official driver u can install it with no problems in fact they might improve performence) ... but i might give it a try dow...

Yes many here will disagree with me as they want to squeeze every FPS they can from their Graphics chipset but for me I'm not like that. I would rather be on a stable approved driver that works with no headaches than to install the latest driver to get a few more FPS

that's just me but you may also disagree

Has anyone noticed any improvements or performance increases with these new drivers?

I have no problem installing "whql drivers" from nVidia, they been very stable in my experience.
I always do check off the clean install in options for these drivers when installing (better results this way).
My experience has been very favorable, had no problem reports generated of any sort.
The nVidia drivers IMHO gives a better performance boost!

PS: so you can count me in as one who disagrees.

CAN SOMEONE ANSWER A ??

does all the gaming computer that mention 3d graphics actually have 3d function
I'm looking at Asus G75vw-ds71 ....does this have 3d on it if I use the glasses or do I have to buy a model with 3d in the name ?

I think you might find your answer here http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?21507-Confused-about-3D-A-Guide-to-G-series-and-VG-series-monitor-compatibility-and-terms&country=&status=

Read the specs sheet 120 Hz screens are 3D 60 Hz screens are not, 3D models come with the Glasses.

All of the g75s have 3d which means if you hook up an external monitor it will support the 3d feature but it doesn't mean that your laptop has a 3d screen to play back in 3d the only laptop that has 3d is the models with 3 at the end like ds73 hs73 and so on those are the only ones but like I said all the g 75s have 3d support so if your tv or monitor has 3d then you can plug your laptop up and run the 3d from it you just cant watch it on your laptop in 3d because your version didn't come with the 3d display
