This scripts is very simple and only tested working from the context menu. It simply toggles a profile when Gamebooster is turned on using Nvidia Inspectors command line parameters. It's very simple but effective and you can customize it to your needs.

What you need:
Razor Gamebooster
Nvidia Inspector

Why do I need Gamebooster, and what is Nvidia Inspector?
Gamebooster gives you the ability to close programs when we have our game running and it simply turns them back on when we quit our game. So this script will turn on overclocking when we launch a game and turn it off when its closed. I use Gamebooster because it provides a easy to use interface... If you got the time then make your own version in Autohotkey ;) or tell me if you find script like this in autohotkey :D I personally use gamebooster to close some unneeded services and programs like my instant messaging software.

How to setup:

you must open the script and replace the first Run parameters in the script to the location of where you extracted nvidia inspector to and change the overclock settings to your needs.

My Default Clock: (ASUS G74 Laptop)
GPU: 775

My Overclock:

if (boost_formcnt == 1) ;START (Detects the first instance of the window, meaning Gamebooster is now running.
Run, "C:\Program Files (x86)\Nvidia Inspector\nvidiaInspector.exe" -setShaderClock:0`,2`,1619 -setMemoryClock:0`,2`,1250 -setVoltage:0`,2`,970`,

if (boost_formcnt == 2) ; STOP (Detects that Gamebooster has stopped and reapplies our default clock)
Run, "C:\Program Files (x86)\Nvidia Inspector\nvidiaInspector.exe" -setShaderClock:0`,2`,1550 -setMemoryClock:0`,2`,1250 -setVoltage:0`,2`,970`,
boost_formcnt := 0

How it works:

This has only be tested from the context menu. So right click on the process you want to run with gamebooster and click "Run with gamebooster"

All can be downloaded from here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ccw2z9c99gmg3jo/6GhtE0tS7H and you can get AutoHotkey at http://www.autohotkey.com

Everything but autohotkey is in the dropbox including the script. It's called "Script.ahk"
