After upgrading to Win 8.1 Preview, My Blue Ray drive is not recognized in the Device Manager or My Computer.
It is working fine in Win7 boot.

Uninstall your BD drive in "Device Manager" then restart and let windows reinstall for you.
The only bad thing about it, if you have "Roxio Cineplayer BD-3D" that came installed with the Win7 versions, there's no BD playback support!
I been looking all over for the BD updated Win8 plugin for Cineplayer, and had no luck so far!
But you can still play DVDs just fine!

PS: You might need to disable "driver signature enforcement" in advanced PC settings.
Hope this helps?

Ihad tried the forst step but nothing happened. Tried disabling "driver signature enforcement". Still no use.
Then I tried a fix i saw in a system utility Windows 8 Manager
