So we are just planning a configuration and would like to eliminate HDD and replace this with 2 SSD's running under RAID 0.

Is this possible and what is going to be my limitations on the G750jw.

I'm already Doing this successfully on my desktop having 2 180Gb SSD's as my main drive. We plan on doing the same on the G750JW.

I believe that you can do this, since I think that the BIOS supports it. However, I will warn you about the risks of data integrity, and that with a high-end SSD, the time taken to initialize the RAID controller can actually increase the boot time vs a single fast SSD. Other than that, I can't think of any issues.

I was thinking the same thing but then I see samsung came out with 750gb and 1TB ssd in their evo line of ssd's so now i'm thinking one of those :)

I dont think you can do this but why don't you/can't you set the first X number of gb on the ssd set to what you need to boot up, while the rest on raid (might have to have certain part of OS for it to work right)

partition 1, drive 1(let's say 6gb, or whatever it ends up being): what is needed to boot up the computer (whatever the minimum technically you need to boot up)
partition 2, drive 1+2(example: 250gb) in raid:all your stuff that you want in superspeed mode
partition 1, drive 2(let's say 6 gb on drive 2 that isn't in raid): stuff like office, some music, whatever you can put in it that doesn't need speed boost
