After I upgraded my Windows 8 to Windows 8.1, the Fastboot feature doesn't work anymore. Usually, my G750JX took 7s to cold boot to Windows 8, but now it takes 30s-1min to boot to Windows 8.1.
I've tried to turn off and on Fastboot feature in Bios and Fast Startup feature in Windows, but it still doesn't work.
Anyone knows how to fix this issue?

I really appreciate that.
Thank you.

Were you able to find any solution?

No, I weren't.
I also tried to contact Asus directly, but I still haven't got the answer yet.

I don't have this issue with my G750JX. I performed a clean install.

Same problem here.
I've got the same boot issue, I press the Power Button and then the system stuck on a black screen after the ROG logo has been displayed.

Same here, I also don't have my ROG boot logo anymore.

Unless I enable the CMS option it will boot me into BIOS instead of Windows.

Try to check the system log to found out where is the problem. My system was stuck on boot for about 5 minutes before finally logging in after windows 8.1 installation. I checked the system log and found out that problem was the nvlddmkm file of nvidia drivers. I fixed it by installing nvidia drivers 326.83 (i had 331.65 before) from asus :

nVIDIA GeForce Driver v9.18.13.2683 (http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/nb/DriversForWin8.1/VGA/VGA_nVidia_Win81_64_VER918132683.zip)

Now my system boot in about 10 seconds and everything is back to normal.
I'll update the driver to a new version when nvidia solves the problem.
