Hi guys,
I sent in my laptop twice for repairs under RMA. First time they did not even assemble it properly(the back plane was not correctly mounted).

I have attached two videos showing the constant malfunctions of the laptop. In the second video I tried to do a hard reset while on the phone with Asus (no luck). Same blah , blah , we are sorry , blah blah but no help.

Does anyone know their corporate head quarters in Canada ? I want to take them to small claims court, because they refuse to
replace the unit and I do not see them fixing my machine anytime soon. Seriously, I got my laptop in may and since then I took more than a month in Asus 's RMA process.

hmmm what if you use an external screen you're still get the same stuff like video 1?

The problem maybe you're screen.
And if its on second screen the same problem it could be you're grapich card

Its not the screen or the graphics card. Most likely its the motherboard because the fans do not even turn on. Its the motherboard which they refused to replace. I will bet you serious money that if they would have actually replaced the motherboard the issue would have gone away.

A month and a half ago my laptop stop working just the led was on from the power and the fans. I send it thru the shop where i bought it for repair including my 3d glasses(they requested to be all accesories included). After 2 weeks come back with mainboard replaced according to the paper found inside. The laptop is working ok but the glasses come back broken(one of the lents was cracked). I refuse to pick up the glasses like this. The shop contact the repair shop and the replay was that is not theyr fault. The shop is not taking the responsability so what to do. I made a complaint to the asus site on 13 Nov 2013 and no replay. Can anybody help me with this matter?
