"A very disturbing sound" is a bit vague and therefore difficult to troubleshoot for you. Can you describe the noise?

Hi,
I have this issue on my G750JW too.
It sounds like a very quite wave. I can hear the wave everytime something is playing on my system and for some time after everything stopped playing. Then it becomes silent. If I play any sound again, I can hear the wave again.
I have Realtek driver 6.0.1.6959 and use Windows 7. If I remove it and use the windows driver instead, there is no issue. But I can't use the microphone of my headset without realtek driver.
