Hey all I have a Maximus V Formula mobo but cannot seem to install R.O.G. connect onto it. I am installing right from the media supplied with the board but will not work. I even tried from the Asus site and still nothing. Any ideas?

Which of the two connect applications are you installing. One is for the notebook and one for your system, do you have MEI installed?

Have you flipped the switch on your Motherboard for ROG Connect to on?

Sorry for my lack of knowledge HiVizMan I am not sure what MEI is. Maybe once explained I would know.

Myk SilentShadow- I did not realize there was a switch for that. Still a bit new with this board. I will check that.

I did recognize the 2 different versions of R.O.G. connect and installed the host PC software on my rig and the remote software on my laptop. That much I got right at least! ha ha.

MEI or IMEI is Intels Management Engine Interface. And no worries about it, it should be on the board, behind the I/O Panel :)
