Hi, I'm not really familiar with computers and such, so i was wondering if this RAM is compatible with my ROG laptop... I currently have 8gb of ram and i wanted to upgrade to 16gb... So Which of the two is compatible?

RAM#1 (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005LDLVAO/ref=s9_simh_se_p147_d0_i1?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=auto-no-results-center-1&pf_rd_r=0DRMD9HERS9E74YJ4W72&pf_rd_t=301&pf_rd_p=1263465782&pf_rd_i=CT3076778)
RAM#2 (http://www.amazon.com/Crucial-PC3-12800-204-Pin-Notebook-CT102464BF160B/dp/B006YG8X9Y/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1387373980&sr=8-1&keywords=CT102464BF160B)

Also here is the Specs of my laptop

the potential issue might be the difference in voltage.

you can check out here (http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?23775-Can-SOMEONE-Make-a-COHERENT-Guide-to-adding-RAM-to-the-G75-Current-threads-suck...&p=167086&viewfull=1#post167086) about the list of compatible ram's.

but the link i gave in amazon says Crucial 8GB Single 8GB DDR3 1600 MT/s (PC3-12800) CL11 SODIMM 204-Pin 1.35V/1.5V Notebook Memory CT102464BF160B... isnt that 1.35V/1.5V compatible with both voltages?

yes, i am aware of that. sorry but i can only share what i know to work; which is why i only suggest the list of potential ram's that match the specs of stock ram. from what i've read, ram's with mixed voltage might not run optimally. (maybe i am too cautious to avoid wrong purchases lol!)

if it's a full swap, then it's fine.
