Hello to all.
Yesterday i bought g750 jx.
It say that it come with 750 hdd and 8 gb ssd.
But when i try to instal windows 7,i see only 2 partition,one 685 gb,and other 14 gb.
So i am little confused here.
Where is 750 hd,and 8 ssd?
Thank in advance for help.

Check under 'Disk Management' and see if you can make them active there.

Think you problem is you only have 1 HDD installed and it may be a hybrid HDD where the 8 Gb SSD is part of it.

A 750Gb HDD equals 698,5Gb storage space.
1 GB is *not* 1,000,000,000 bytes like you would expect it to be. Rather, it is 2^30 bytes ~1,073,700,000 bytes.

So the manufactures take the 698,5Gb and multiple it with the 2^30 and sell it as a 750Gb HDD.

If you’re trying to install Windows 7, in the BIOS you have to make the following changes:

Under – Boot - set Launch CSM to Enabled

Under – Security - set Secure Boot Control to Disabled

- Press F10 to save and exit.

I am not an expert but in my studying configurations before purchasing my G750, my understanding is that the 8GB SSD is a caching SSD and not a storage one, and therefore will not show up as a storage device under disk management. Only my 2 cents if it is worth that much.
