I too suffer from the complete power off and reboots that others have here. Particularly in graphic intensive situations (games etc).

I've tried multiple things including

1) Bios Energy saver setting (suggested on the thread above Labelled "Solved" . This did njot solve my problem.
2) Latest Bios
3) Latest Nvidia Drivers
4) Turning off Vsync in games
5) Turning down look ahead shader to 1 frame
6) Turning off all the bells and whistles in games
7) GPU Temp seems to go up to about ~70C- under heavy which doesnt seem to be in a critical range for this piece of hardware
8) Underclocking GPU from 620Mhz to 600Mhz

Finally, I struck upon something that seems to extend the period between crashes for me.

I currently play Neverwinter which requires some sessions of 1 hour or more continous working PC :)

BY switching from Full Screen mode to windowed mode, I was able to eliminate the crashes for long enough periods of time to get thru a game session.

Though its not ideal, it has atleast allowed me to get thru 1 hour sessions where I'm not holding up my buddies waiting for me to reboot to move thru content.

Give it a try and let me know if it helps.

P.S My final solution is a Maingear 17 ...about 10 days out :)
