I dont see useful to OC the cpu, but the gpu is another piece of cake :)

sasuke256, every little bit helps :)

XTU undervolting arguably makes more of a material improvement, reducing temps, but increasing the CPU/Cache multi's from shipping throttled settings to maximum settings restores what you should have had in the first place - even if it is a smaller win than the GPU OC win.

Besides, getting familiar with XTU is a win in itself. Using XTU on desktop CPU's gives you lots more control than on laptops. But, even on Laptops, it is the only game in town for getting more CPU performance, and dropping voltage to get lower temps, you might as well learn and get control of everything you can :)

Bgallodoro24, that's a good start, but you missed "Processor Cache Ratio", the long blue line in the top right column of settings - it is still at the default of 34x, you can make it 36x. :)

Bump up the "Processor Cache Ratio" to 36x, save it in your profile, and re-run the benchmark.

XTU Benchmark at Default as reference, 0 voltage offset, no OC. - 83c Score 709
37448

XTU Benchmark -50mV voltage offset, no OC. - 78c Score 708 5c temp drop
37449

XTU Benchmark -100mV voltage offset, no OC. - 74c Score 705 9c temp drop
37451

XTU Benchmark -50mV voltage offset, max cpu/cache OC. - 87c Score 754 4c temp increase, 45pt increase

Why is it that i put everything at default and only scored 641 cpu 84 degrees

That is low, but there was a bug in XTU that for some people the scores were in the 650 range and the scores for others were in the 750 range, IDK if anyone figured out why - other benchmarks matched up ok, just the XTU had this discrepancy. It was long ago enough that it

Which XTU are you running? 4.4.0.4?

Try 4.2.0.8 if you are seeing the CPU Throttling meter show anything during the run, that would reduce the overall score.
