Hi fellow Users,

i successfully backed up the asus system-restore on a 16gb USB 3.0 stick with Asus-Backtracker 3.0.4.
Then put in the SSD and restored the system via the usb-stick. On my SSD i deleted/merged the "unneccessary" partitions (restore ,ect. ), as i already have them on the shipped hd.

I put the hd that came with my g70jx to the other internal slot. Now on to my issue:

What exactly do i need to backup from my ssd? I dont want to erase the "asus restore" partition (20gb ) and the F: partition of the shipped hd, just in case my usb stick restore doesn't work. Can i simply erase the first 4 partitions on the shipped hd and then copy the 4 partitions from ssd to the shipped hd - and simply overwriting stuff? I also do not know if there are any restrictions when copying from ssd to hd. Basically a newbie trying to backup stuff ;).

GPT DISK1 = HD shipped
GPT DISK2 = SSD
