A couple months ago my G75vw notebook started powering off randomly while playing World of Warcraft. There doesn't seem to be any consistency with the shutdowns. The computer does restart on its own. This problem has never occurred running any other program.
I have thus far tested the system with monitoring and diagnostic programs. It isnít overheating, ram passed a 10 hour test using memtest86 and the CPU was tested with Intel Diagnostic Tools. I also ran MSI Kombustor on extreme burn in and the system worked perfectly. The only modifications to the system was an upgrade to two SSDs.
Since first occurrence of this problem I have reinstalled windows separately on each SSD and then installed necessary drivers and updates to no avail.
I have tried several different bios revisions and several different graphics drivers. Nothing seems to fix this.
