Hate to see a post unanswered however malallah77777, you need to provide more info.

There may be a multitude of reasons why your fans not working and please post your full system specs.

Explain how you have connected your fans, and check see if you pluged into the correct header on the MB.

Report back and we can go from there.

Also familiarize yourself with the Forum, You have posted in the wrong section.

Ok,well if that is the case and under warranty, return the system back to your original point of sale.

You can check first your Bios config to check fan settings or in Aisuite in windows if installed.

I already called them and they told the system is fine they checked it before delivery everything was working and they told me that the side fans only work when the pc is under stress or hecey load only

Ok,Sounds like the right advice, You can change fan profiles in AIsuite and stress your system with Prime 95 whilst montoring temps. If your fans are working they will come on during stress test.

Well it could be just a simple fan cable come away from its header during transport, so take the unit back to get fixed.
