View Full Version : How fast is the Asus RMA ?

Hi everyone.
My Swift broke down (vertical stripes, blurry text etc). Yesterday I initiated the RMA. Quickly I got an email from Asus that they send new monitor, etc. Today, however, I got another email with the information:

there is no stock available at the moment.
We will inform you by e-mail when a replacement product is shipped out from
our warehouse.
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience."

I heard a lot wrong about Asus RMA and I have a question: how fast are working, there are no major problems, etc? What are your impressions.

Hi there,

I had the same situation. Filled out the RMA on Saturday 25th. Got the RMA confirmation on Monday afternoon (Yes, you'll get a new screen, stay tuned for more info) and on Tuesday I received the same email as you did. Yesterday, on Thursday, I received another email, mentioning that they now got a replacement screen and will UPS it. It will arrive on Monday.

TL;DR: In my case it was 8 days (5 business days). That's very good in my opinion for a screen that just launched worldwide.
