I have to press HARD to get the FF key to work.
Is the key replaceable? Do I have to replace the whole keyboard assy?
Thanks ffffffor any assistance and direction!!!

Can't say that I've actually taken a G73Jh keyboard key apart, but of the other keyboards I've seen, it's possible to disassemble the key to get a better look at least. Sometimes you may see bits of material underneath that you can clean out.

Unfortunately, I haven't seen any good instructions for this (but haven't looked around much) and pretty much everything is plastic, so pretty easy to damage taking apart a key if it isn't (partially) damaged already.

You probably don't have a spare G73Jh keyboard around to play with, but if you did, I would say practice taking apart those keys first although you may also be able to use the parts if anything breaks in your notebook keyboard.

Anyway, you may want to check around more, but if you didn't already know, just wanted to mention the U.S. ASUS eStore site appears to be selling the G73Jh keyboard if you are interested (if you do buy another keyboard, keep the defective keyboard for spare parts?).

Good luck and hope this helps!
