Hello guys,

My problem is that i tried to play some video games throught the HDMI out to TV, and the laptop changing the GPU from 880m to
intel HD and i cannot switch it to use 880m then using HDMI out. Can anyone tell me if there is any way to use 880m for the HDMI out, and not the Intel HD.

Thanks.

Try to reinstall video drivers from Asus's web page, first for intel gpu, then install nvidia with clear installation. Tell us what is happening.

Check the NVidia control panel (look into the 'manage 3d options' section). You may need to make adjustments to the global settings or the program settings in there.

I could be mistaken, but I believe the video ports for external displays on the G750JZ are routed directly to the Intel CPU. Your programs, however, can still utilize the NVidia chip.

No I can play with my second monitor VX229H by nvidia gpu. Simply try to install asus drivers (Intel & Nvidia) for reset your video configuration.
