Ι am between Alienware Vindicator 17’’ (http://www.visionstudio.gr/prodinfo.asp?id=40241&cat=61) and Asus Rog Nomad (http://www.visionstudio.gr/prodinfo.asp?id=40477&cat=61). But I will probably end up to Alienware because its 60 Euros cheaper and more beautiful.

I want to ask if G751 fits in the bag?

Nomad looks better IMO. Also, G751 comes with the bag. I had some lower-tier one, but I've seen unboxing and the guy had Nomad included in his package. So before you buy any bags, check if you are not getting one for free :P

I'll wait. If this will be very pleased, but I have not read something in such a description. Do you know if asus g751 will fit in alienware 17''?

I'm surprised your G751 came w/ a bag because mine was only the Laptop in a box. However, I was disapointed since my G73 and G75 came w/ an ROG Bag and ROG mouse bundle. Hopefully, I kept the equipement from my former G75 and its fit perfect.

My G751JT came with a mouse, headset and bag. Not those high-tier ones like in some reviews though. But good enough.

My G751JY came with NOTHING extra...not even that GeForce PICK YOUR PATH promotion code. I purchased it from Amazon and dealing with their tech support from India is not worth the $50 I'd save vs. just buying the game outright.

Also, I have the Nomad backpack from my previous G75vw laptop and I opted to buy the Asus laptop backpack for comparison...both were great laptop bags!

Can you tell the exact model of your G751JT? Was it G751JT-CH71, G751JT-DH72 or something else?

From experience with many inexpensive backpacks, both given to me by clients and purchased new, otherwise tough laptop bags - with the right padding, the right design for holding the laptop and other stuff, will fail due to "rolling of the shoulder strap".

I have several otherwise like new laptop bags that are now useless for carrying the G750 and other heavy laptops due to the shoulder strap material inside the strap compressing and failing from the load.

So I always check the shoulder strap now to make sure the width is wider than standard and the material feels many layered and strong inside the strap at the stitching. That is where it fails, it pulls away from the other material at the stitch point and literally rolls when you put on the back pack. You can get some mileage on it by switching to the other shoulder strap, but it eventually fails too.

This has taken as short as 1 month, and as long as 2 months, it happens pretty quickly.

Personally I only ever carry anything heavy with both shoulders, otherwise it's not healthy. :)

It is this one: http://www.alza.cz/asus-g751jt-t7009h-d2219395.htm

It's in Czech but you'll manage to find specs no doubt :) It's the cheapest model on market here in Czech Republic, so it's really surprising yours did not have anything. But maybe there are cheaper models sold just not in Czech Republic. I also got Pick your path coupon code and free 500 GB external HDD from Verbatim. So in the end, it is:

- Notebook
- Bag
- Mouse
- Headset
- External HDD
- Pick Your Path code

Price was $1800.
