Hi guys,
I have a frustrating issue with my laptop during startup.
When i press "power on" button laptop starts booting, display is on, but i can not see an asus logo and other things... anyway laptop boots normally. When it cames to "windows startup" screen, video picture appears, windows starts without problem and everything seems like ok. But monitor can only be operated at 60 hz, because at 100-120 Hz it starts blinking like hell.
Will be glad to any help.

PS: sorry for my poor english)

Check BIOS to see how logo starts up.

Maybe im not clearly described my problem....
I can enter the BIOS by pressing F2, but i can't see anything, because my screen is blank. And it remains blank until "Windows starting" logo appears.

Can you connect a monitor to the VGA output?

Yes. I connected monitor to VGA output, but... the same story. Video picture appears only with "windows welcome" screen.
------
As i understood my problem can be:
1. monitor.
2. cabling between videocard and monitor.
3. videocard geforce or integrated intel.
But how to trace the problem place.....

That would seem to imply that your monitor and cabling are ok.
