i want to re install my windows 8

what drivers do i need after doing a fresh install?


Would using the windows 8 disk to repair something cause me to loose my data files etc?

Links would be most apreciated

yes u can select repair or {refresh your PC without affecting your files} in w8 disk without affecting your files,, if u have W8 or 8.1 already installed in the charms bar in "search" type " Restore" u should see this "refresh your PC without affecting your files" it will repair W8 no other files will be harmed

if u do a refresh 0r repair all game files will remain the same no files at all will be changed if u do a W8 refresh

are you sure because im scared to do the repair just because i dont know what or were to get the basic drivers from

i think i need the Ethernet,wireless,touchpad,and realteck right? i like to be prepared for the worst case scenario

all your drivers are in the link in the post above {help desk -Download} , don't do a clean install just do a refresh or repair like I said in post above u will lose nothing it will only fix Windows non of your files will be lost , what exactly is your problem with your laptop

i did a mem check and it said something was wrong with my hardware then it said i needed to repair my windows.i would have to re run the test again to see what it said.

i did find a site containing the Ethernet etc drivers
