If anyone can share with me the 16GB partition recovery for this computer.
After changing the 1T drive to SSD 512 Samsung Evo and cloning, I lost partition recovery on the new SSD and the previous one is already formatted.

Please help thank you very much...

Regards Lukasz

16gb is a pretty big upload...where do you plan to host this file?

I'm willing to help. But shouldn't the recovery files be specific to your particular machine? I mean I have made backups from my g751JY on to two flash drives. I could send you the backup from one of my flash drives but then it would have my Windows serial embedded in the files. Then if you tried to use my backup a simple check by the backup to your system's bios would reveal that the backup is not yours, because your bios has a different Windows serial. I would bet that the recovery process would then halt on this error.

Anyway, if you are still game to try it, pm me.

Link for google drive.

I hope is no problem for you English version of recovery ...

nice.lw, this is an English version? Is this an image of the recovery partition on the disk, or an image of the flash recovery drive created by Asus Backtracker? Was it made from a JY M.2 PCIE SSD boot drive, or a HDD?

I have a G751JT if you need a recovery partition for that model.

Here's all you need to clean install your notebooks http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media its only about a 3 gb download for the ISO. Download the same version you have Core or Pro and your embedded key will activate for you. Much faster to clean install than to restore backtracker Download your hardware drivers from Asus Support Download (http://support.asus.com/download/options.aspx?SLanguage=en&type=1)
Macrium Reflect (http://www.macrium.com/reflectfree.aspx)will image your current hard drive and restore to your SSD or any other hardware for free. You don't really need that ASUS recovery partition for anything.

Unfortunately doesn't work.
Tried it on a G751JY with original boot drive SSD 128GB + 1TB HD, and it fails in the early stage with a strange error, right after partitioning:

Obviously I have no issues with my USB ports and already tried with different USB flash drives (2.0 16GB, 3.0 64GB).
Looks like something is missing in the USB restore device: are you sure there wasn't an hidden partition on your original flash drive (you have to use a tool like Minitool Partition Wizard (https://www.partitionwizard.com/free-partition-manager.html)to see the partitions structure because Windows normally won't detect more than 1 partition on a portable USB key device)?
My theory is that the archive kindly provided from google drive contains only the files from the visible partition, but there was also an hidden partition on your USB recovery flash drive. I can't see other reasons for that error...

Can someone please share the 12GB Recovery partition for G751JY?
You can use free Macrium Reflect (http://www.macrium.com/reflectfree.aspx) to backup the partition file.

This is how should look like your file after download from google drive link ...

Sorry for reviving this old topic, but it would be very nice if you could grant me access to the google drive link here:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B_DQ7egHfbtNRmE0dlhKcUxqWU0

I have also lost my recovery partition, and was hoping someone could share an image of theirs so I could recreate the partition.
